But Ear (1) was just the start. This summer we've released Phone (1), our debut smartphone and the centre of our hugely ambitious consumer tech ecosystem. Launch week saw us trending on UK Twitter, clocking up YouTube views in the millions and securing press coverage in thousands of leading titles.

The Role:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Amazon account at European level. The right candidate will be a successful account manager that has a deep understanding of Vendor Central and Amazon’s Advertising Tools. You will be trusted to manage, nurture and lead our relationship with Amazon in Europe and you’ll be a passionate and exceptional brand ambassador with an expert knowledge of our product offering.

Responsibilities: -

  • Maintain the overall business within Amazon, including product pages, A+ content, brand page, inventory, POs, advertising and reporting,
  • Development of appropriate go to market strategies to drive the sales objectives within Amazon across all the European marketplaces;
  • Own the forecast and KPIs across all products and locales;

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Vendor in Amazon, preferably in the consumer electronics category;
  • Proven effective relationship builder within Amazon Account Managers in Europe;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • A strong bias-to-action and used to getting things done on short timeframe;
  • Good communication skills, able to get buy-in from stake-holders within the company;
  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus;
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable with changing environments as well as multiple overlapping projects;
