But Ear (1) was just the start. This summer we've released Phone (1), our debut smartphone and the centre of our hugely ambitious consumer tech ecosystem. The Role

We are seeking a Graphic and Motion Designer to join our rapidly growing brand and creative team. In this role, you will work in a diverse team with responsibility for branding, visual design, and interaction and experience design. You are a visual thinker who creates impactful design and understands how to further develop the design with motion and interaction.


  • Designing exceptional 2D and 3D assets
  • Collaborate with Producers, Copywriters and the Head of Brand and Creative to create stellar, eye-catching work that will amplify our brand
  • Creative ideation - we want you pushing yourself and thinking of jaw-dropping ideas from day one
  • Create our brand’s design and visual identify - all the way from strategy to execution
  • Keep your finger on the pulse and stay aware of emerging trends and help to inform the wider team.
  • Utilise your expertise across multiple work streams concurrently
  • Day to day creative output, adaptation and art working.
  • Take risks, don’t wait for sign-off, have a go! Make a case for your work and be the change!


  • Proven experience in brand development and crafting a brand’s design and visual identity, from strategy to execution
  • Extensive experience with motion design as well as static images
  • Strong presentations skills and ability to support your ideas
  • Knowledge and interest in the emerging trends within the intersection of design and tech
  • Deep experience working with Adobe CC suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, After effects)
  • Solid skills in Sketch, Invision/prototyping and other relevant tools
