We are looking to hire a Marketing Assets Producer responsible to coordinate and deliver upon all marketing assets production needs. As a Marketing Assets Manager you will be working with our internal and external creative teams as well as all different marketing functions. The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with at least 3 years of experience in a rapidly growing business environment. This role will be ever changing and will require the candidate to be flexible, open-minded and output driven with a strong sense of ownership. Meetings and planning are important but we are strong believers that at the end of the day execution makes market impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain high creative integrity of all creative initiatives by ensuring each project adheres to our brand guidelines;
  • Oversee the production of marketing assets from beginning to end (includes filming, editing, sound design, and distribution);
  • Work across cross-functional teams to support creative projects from ideation all the way to execution;
  • Ensure seamless communication between our international design teams;
  • Collaborate with creative teams both internally and externally to deliver on marketing assets needs;
  • Demonstrated project management capability - able to define and oversee successful asset delivery within required timescales, budget and agreed parameters.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or in creative related field;
  • Fluent in English, multilingual abilities is a plus;
  • Willing to travel frequently between London and Stockholm;
  • Very organised with strong project management skills;
  • Good communication skills, able to get buy-in from stakeholders within the company;
  • A strong bias-to-action and used to getting things done in short timeframe;
