We are looking to hire a Product Manager to help plan and build our smart device ecosystem in Shenzhen. This person will be working closely with our Head of Product to ensure a seamless user journey. The successful candidate will be a strategic individual with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in IoT (Internet of Things) hardware planning and execution. This role is ever changing and will require the candidate to be flexible, open-minded and output driven with a strong sense of ownership. Meetings and planning are important but we are strong believers that at the end of the day, execution makes market impact.
Responsibilities:
- Smart device product planning and execution;
- Work with our global Dev / Test / ID teams and ODM to co-develop new gadgets;
- User/ marketing research and product performance analysis;
- Issue product specifications and define user interactions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of smart devices product management or development; experience with mobile/internet brands is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree, engineering or art-related major is a plus;
- Fluency in Chinese and English is a must, multilingual abilities is a plus;
- Passionate about creating products with the ability to communicate the vision behind it;
- A team player with great interpersonal skills;
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable with changing environments as well as multiple overlapping projects;
